Log a purchase
Enter the purchase date, person, cost and items in the household spreadsheet.
Track reimbursement
Mark the purchase as reimbursed and enter its reimbursement date.
Keep everyone in sync
The authorized automation sends a notification to the configured household recipients and records the sending result.
Google access, explained
The automation runs under the spreadsheet owner’s authorization. It reads and updates the household spreadsheet and uses Google Apps Script’s MailApp service to send email. It does not read anyone’s inbox.
Household records stay separate
This public website explains the app. It does not display purchases, accept expense submissions or provide access to the household spreadsheet.
